Ship your inventory


Send your products to our UK fulfilment centre. You can even ship it directly from the supplier to us. Alternatively, you can book a collection with us.

Step 3

Integrate your Store/Channels


Connect your sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Woocommerce seamlessly and quickly. we integrate with more than 100 platforms.

Step 4

Go Live.


Once we receive your stock and carry out all the required checks, you are ready to go live. It is time to put your fulfilment on autopilot. So, sit back & relax.

At our 3PL company, we take great care in receiving and managing your inventory. We understand that the success of your business depends on the quality of your products and their availability to your customers. That’s why we’ve invested in a top-of-the-line Goods In process that ensures your inventory is accurately received, counted, and stored. Our Goods In process starts with a comprehensive quality check. We carefully inspect each item to ensure they meet your specifications and are in perfect condition. Your Account Manager will notify you immediately if there are any discrepancies so that you can take appropriate action.

Once your inventory passes our quality check, we’ll accurately count and label each item. Our advanced inventory management system ensures that each item is assigned a unique identifier, making it easy to track and manage your inventory. We’ll then store your inventory in our secure warehouse, taking care to ensure each item is stored in the appropriate location. Our warehouse is equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, so you can have peace of mind knowing your inventory is safe and secure.

Throughout the Goods In process, we’ll provide you with regular updates on the status of your inventory. Our goal is to keep you informed and provide you with the information you need to make informed business decisions. At The Fulfilment Experts, we take great pride in our Goods In process. Perfect Storage for your items

Each of our fulfilment centres have tonnes of clean, safe storage spaces where your items will live temporarily. We’ve got two types of storage; pick storage and pallet storage. Small items go into pick storage, whereas the larger ones will be stored on pallets. Every individual storage area is labelled, which ensures you only pay for what you use.

We’ve also got a dedicated high-value storage area for those premium, expensive, or luxury goods, and our facilities are monitored by security 24/7 to make sure your inventory is safe and secure at all times.

Picking and Packing

We pick & pack same day

We’ve invested in state-of-the-art technology and a team of experts to ensure that your orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. Our efficient picking process starts with advanced barcode scanning technology that allows us to quickly and accurately identify each item in your inventory. We scan every item that has a barcode, ensuring that the correct item is picked and packed for each order. We offer a range of packing options to suit your needs. You have the option to provide your own packaging or purchase packaging directly from us. We’ll take care to ensure each item is packed securely and safely, ensuring it arrives at its destination in perfect condition.

At The Fulfilment Experts, we’re proud to offer some of the cheapest picking rates in the UK, starting at only £1. This means you can save money on your fulfilment costs while still receiving high-quality service. Our commitment to accuracy is reflected in our 99.8% accuracy rate. We take great care to ensure that each item is picked and packed accurately, so you can be sure that the correct item will get to your customer. And if there ever is an issue, our advanced inventory management system allows us to quickly identify and resolve any problems. All orders made before 1 pm are despatched same day. Do not forget, you will get an account manager that can help you if you get an urgent parcel to go out after 1 pm! If possible, of course!

Returns Management

We will manage your returns

Processing returns can be both a headache and frustration, but we’ll take care of that for you, too. Returns can happen for a number of reasons, but in the first instance, we’ll check whether or not a return should have happened in the first place. If a return is valid, we’ll immediately notify you of the reason for the return, and issue a full refund. Then, if the item is in good condition, we’ll pop it back into storage.

We understand that businesses need to have a returns policy in place to stay competitive. However, if you begin to find that returns are happening too frequently, our Client Services Team will work with you to look at ways to reduce returns, whether that’s making changes to your website, refining your returns policy, or improving customer service.
